My experience with the cataract surgery and lens implant procedure with Dr. Pham was that it was pain-free, and I had instant results! The procedure lasted only about an hour each eye. Before surgery my distance vision without glasses was 20/400; near vision was 20/200. After surgery, I could see 20/25 at distance and near without glasses. I don’t use any glasses 100% of the time for all activities. I love not having to worry about glasses, especially when walking outside in the rain. I would definitely choose to have the RESTOR lens again!
On July 26 of this year Dr. Namtran Pham operated on me to remove a cataract in my left eye and implant a lens. The operation was a complete success. Dr. Pham treated me, not only with the utmost professional care, but with the personal interest and consideration often neglected by the professionals of today. Once in Dr. Pham’s office, there was never a sense of being rushed. Every question was answered completely and understandably. However, Dr. Pham’s verbal and written instructions were extremely detailed and necessitated very little explanation. Although only a lawyer, not a member of the medical profession, my observations are not without some credibility since one of my daughters is a nurse with 25 years experience and this is my second cataract operation.
In October, I received a cataract operation on my right eye by Dr. Namtran Pham. In November, my left eye received the same treatment by Dr. Pham. I have great praise for all the staff, and Dr. Pham, of course, gets my nomination for Ophthalmologist of the Year! I have been extremely pleased with the success of the surgeries.
